Deliveries to Multiple Addresses & Gift Messages
On this website you can purchase a selection of tiles and send them to different addresses using a variety of postage options.
To send an item to another person/address, proceed past the Your Details page during checkout to the Delivery Details page.
Under the Address column click on the 'Change' button associated with the design you would like to send to another person/address. Enter in all the details and add a gift message if required. You can then choose your postage option.
This process can be repeated for each tile you would like to send to another person/address. If you are sending more than one tile to the same person/address then select the details that have already been entered for the previous tile.
Our Permanent Internet Offer
For every £65 spent in a single transaction you can add a FREE tile to your basket. This does not include framed tiles or personalised tiles. When you reach £30 or more a helpful notice will appear in the basket to let you know how much more you need to spend to qualify for a FREE tile.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate.
We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.
We turn all orders around within 3 working days, but we often despatch the same day we receive the order. For personalised tiles allow up to six weeks for delivery. Please see the Firing Schedule below for time left to the next firing.
Unless stated otherwise delivery is as follows:
UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man)
All our parcels are dispatched by 2nd Class, 1st Class or Special Delivery from the Royal Mail.
Deliveries are normally sent by 2nd Class Post and postage is included in the price of the product(s).
If the 1st Class option is selected an extra 50p is added to the price of each tile:
If the Special Delivery Next Day option is selected an extra £7.00 is added to the price of each tile:
- The Royal Mail guarantees your package will arrive by 1pm the next working day and it can also be tracked online. (We do not offer the Saturday Guarantee Delivery service).
- Exceptions to this service are the Scottish Islands, Herm and Sark where deliveries can take 2-3 working days.
- Orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day.
- Orders received on Friday after 12 noon will be dispatched on Monday.
- Sometimes we finish early on Friday and very occasionally there may be no-one at the business on Monday.

Rest of World
Deliveries are sent by Airmail and an extra £3.00 for postage is added to the price of each product. You can also choose to have them sent by Surface Mail at no extra cost. For deliveries to the USA or Australia you can also choose a courier option for £27.00 which covers the whole order to a single address.
Overseas customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges which are levied by customs authorities.

June firing will be at the end of the month. Please get your orders to us before the 12th June.
July firing will be at the end of the month.
Daniel will be on holiday from 15th August to 10th September. He makes the personalised tiles but NO tiles will be made during this period. We aim to build up stock so a firing can go through in August along with any personalised tiles ordered before he goes away. If you are wanting a personalised tile during this period, please place your order well in advance.
Personalised tiles are added to stock made for the standard range. We never fire a kiln specially for a personalised tile.
Stone Cast Products or Ceramic Panels
Contact us directly when ordering these as they cannot be purchased through our website.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery (14 days for orders outside the UK) and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please make sure you get a certificate to show proof of posting.
We do not promote the sale of seconds on the internet. We have a shop where these can be purchased. However, if you are keen to have some posted to you then we charge the price of the second(s) plus postage and packing. We will always find the best seconds to send to you. Of course, seconds by definition have some sort of fault, in the case of our tiles, a crack, excessive warping or less sharp definition or any combination of those factors. If they are not to your satisfaction then you would have to return them at your own expense and we will refund the cost of the tiles only.
An order containing a Personalised tile does not leave our workshop unless we are entirely happy with it. This means that it must be to the standard of our regular priced tile products. If we create a personalised tile and make a mistake on it, we either create a new tile or offer a full refund. If the customer makes a mistake on the order form or any other written communication we will not provide a refund. If the customer receives the personalised tile and decide they no longer want it we will not provide a refund.
