Ordering/DeliveryHow to OrderTo buy an item you must first add it to your shopping basket, to do this simply click on the "Add to Basket" button alongside the item you wish to buy. If you require more than 1 you should enter this before clicking on the button. Your shopping basket is displayed each time you add an item or can be displayed at any time by clicking on the "Your Basket" link. To remove an item from your basket simply enter a quantity of 0 and click on the "Update Basket" button. The price of your product in the basket includes the standard 2nd class delivery charge for UK customers associated with your order, but you can also choose from 1st class and overseas delivery options. Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your basket you should proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button within your basket. Secure on-line payment by credit or debit card is available via PayPal. If you do not have a credit or debit card or do not wish to pay on-line then please contact us directly. From this point on simply follow the on-screen instructions. PricesAll prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate. We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method. DeliveryWe normally despatch to the purchaser's address or tiles can be sent as gifts directly to the recipient (one address per order). We aim to turn all orders around within 5 days, but we often despatch by return. Unless stated otherwise delivery is as follows: UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man) Terracotta Tiles Deliveries are sent by 2nd class post and postage is included in the price of the product(s). Up to 6 tiles can be sent 1st class for an additional 50p per tile. For every 6 terracotta tiles purchased you can have an extra unframed tile of your choice absolutely FREE (a discount of £13.50 is added to the basket when you add the 7th tile). Stone Cast Products and Ceramic Panels Deliveries are sent by Parcelforce or TNT and postage is included in the price of the product(s). Rest of World Terracotta Tiles Deliveries are sent by Airmail and an extra £2.50 for postage is added to the price of each product. For every 6 terracotta tiles purchased you can have an extra unframed tile of your choice absolutely FREE (a discount of £13.50 is added to the basket when you add the 7th tile). Stone Cast Products and Ceramic Panels Deliveries are sent by surface mail and incur an additional postage charge which varies from product to product. Your basket will display the amount of postage associated with your order as you add each product. Surface mail is the most cost effective postage so please allow up to 1 month for delivery. Should you require your product(s) sooner please contact us first before ordering. Overseas customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or other charges which are levied by customs authorities. ComplaintsWe hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery (14 days for orders outside the UK) and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please make sure you get a certificate to show proof of posting. We do not promote the sale of seconds on the internet. We have a shop where these can be purchased. However, if you are keen to have some posted to you then we charge the price of the second(s) plus postage and packing. We will always find the best seconds to send to you. Of course, seconds by definition have some sort of fault, in the case of our tiles, a crack, excessive warping or less sharp definition or any combination of those factors. If they are not to your satisfaction then you would have to return them at your own expense and we will refund the cost of the tiles only. An order containing a Personalised tile does not leave our workshop unless we are entirely happy with it. This means that it must be to the standard of our regular priced tile products. If we create a personalised tile and make a mistake on it, we either create a new tile or offer a full refund. If the customer makes a mistake on the order form or any other written communication we will not provide a refund. If the customer receives the personalised tile and decide they no longer want it we will not provide a refund.
