My sister bought me a ‘My Lady of Wells’ plaque as a Christmas present. It now resides on the wall by the side of my front door. It is of particular significance to me as I was Head Chorister and Soloist at Wells Cathedral many years ago. In those days, as a special treat, I was able to go to almost every nook and cranny in the Cathedral and now I am reminded of the beautiful carvings that I became familiar with.
